I've seen this every once in a while. Try to rotate the hood and get all the tabs properly engaged. If that isn't enough, a bit of trim with an exacto knife works. The problem with the knife trim is that sometimes this becomes the starting point of a tear, so melting the hood back with a heated tool may be better.
Since any trimming may lead to tearing later on, save this for the last resort, and do everything you can with repositioning first.
