New to disk brakes, just found out the fork I'm ordering isn't compatible...

I just noticed the Marzocchi DJ2 I'm about to order had a funny looking brake mount. Being new to disk brakes, I had no idea they had different types of mounts. Now I'm looking into this and wondering what my best route is to deal with the situation and hoping I could get a little input from you all who know way more about this than I. Are there just the two standard kinds of mounts, or do I need to worry about it further than that? I did see that there are some adapters on the website I'm ordering the fork from that I could order with the fork, but I want to make sure I'm not overlooking something and order a part that won't help me out at all. That seems to be the cheaper way to go and I can't afford to get new brakes to go along with this fork right now.

I need use my Tektro caliper on the Marzocchi fork that looks like it takes a 6" PM brake caliper. The Tektro is the kind where the bolts go in from the side of the caliper rather than from the back (Looks like that's called IS?).
