Ha Ha he doesn't know who did it but gave a public thank you in a KTC address. He's been in charge for almost 4 years and never lopped anything. Jeez it took three saturdays just to reel in the upper trail on the state side.He want to do everything from the seat of that mini trackhoe and build gravel 4 wheeler paths when their not allowed. He not a trail runner rider, or hiker so of course he's the perfect man for the job! Ha Ha
