1/3 of the way there
I realized the other day that I have lost 1/3 of the weight I want to eventually lose.
Yay! I'm still trying to get my head around it.

I ride a few days a week.

I eat 1800 - 2000 calories a day (sometimes I fall off the plate, so to speak).
