A couple things...

1. Look again, it's Shimano 105.
2. Buy your fixed gear from a bike shop, or learn about bike fit before you buy one online. The saddle is positioned very low in the picture. Either that bike is too big for you, or you don't have the saddle high enough.

I'd say it's worth about $200. But if you're selling it to a friend, maybe give him a brake on it. $150 sounds pretty good.
