I haven't made it below Clyde status yet but Flippin's methods and mine are almost identical! In the last 4 days, I have weighed 222lbs or less and that is officially my lowest weight since I was in High School (~20 years).
I focus on getting the maximum protein and fiber per calorie and use MFP to tell me how many calories I have for the day. I have learned to weigh everything I fix at the house so that I understand what is a true portion size. Kashi Go Lean is one of my favorite breakfast foods and the Kashi TLC bars are great for snacks!
Seven more pounds to lose and I will no longer be obese but simply overweight! To drop below 215lbs will be my Christmas present to myself as last Christmas I weighed 355lbs.
