Use the plastic clip-in pedals the bike shop installs for test-rides. I think someone makes a similar product for just what you're talking about, sold seperately of course. You limit yourself to one-sided entry, but it's not that difficult. I don't know what the quality of the Answer Speeder shoe is, but that's a good price for a pair of shoes and a pedal. You can also check out the
Candy C pedal - I've never seen it priced this low.
