I use and like these from Brownells.

The round ones from Brownells, which is exactly like the one in post #3 can be too hard to squeeze due to it's roundness, but the one I linked is excellent for dropping exact amount of chainlubes on chains and necessary pivot points on bicycles.

if nothing, you save the money spent on the oiler bottles by not wasting lubricants.
