Alright, I'm ready to be judged...I think it's borderline.
I know the uncut steerer isn't ideal, but I don't think it's too bad in this case.

Thanks for the feedback, I agree pretty much completely, nice but not quite hot.
But what advice would you give for fulfilling its potential?
