No more CL, or any other online (or printed) classified for me. I've gotten sick of having sold surplus items (almost always new, in boxes and shrink wrapped) and having people call me up stating that the item didn't work, or had something missing. Usually these items were computer components which I had purchased for customers and weren't used, so instead of stocking them up, I would sell them at cost to break even. And in most of the cases, the people buying them didn't have any knowledge on how to install/use them and demanded free IT support.
My last sale was three weeks ago, my previous low budget trekking bike, and my advertisement had a disclaimer clearly stating that I offered NO SUPPORT, NO DISCOUNT and NO DELIVERY under any circumstance... the above in bold uppercase letters, and I was still amazed at how many people called having read it and still asked for stupid things!
