Any Frame Builders in the Lansing Michigan area?

I have an old Follis that got messed up do to a seat tube that had chemically bonded itself from sitting outside for years. Needless to say I messed it up a bit when trying to remove the seat. I believe the bike has Reynolds 531 Tubing and Campy dropouts. This was my first try at working on bikes a couple years ago and needless to say the frame has been sitting there demanding some kind of attention. I can do pretty much everything else now, just not weld or braze frames. Would really like to get this thing back on the road next Summer. Sorry I don't have pics of the damage right now. I will try to shoot some photos of it tonight to give an idea of what actually need to be done. If there is anyone close that may want to help me out or point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate. I may even consider traveling a little ways to have it fixed if I need to.
