I decided I have to get out there and ride! I have been reading this forum for a while and keep telling myself I'll start when the weather is better! And those days have came and went and I have still not got out there. So today I made it out, and here are a few pics to show you all I did get out!
This is a small state park with a trout fishing spring! I only made 5.5 miles today, but that is better than I thought! I started doing P90X again this week after 4 months off! I could hardly walk yesterday! A nice ride was just the active recovery I needed! Now I can get out of my chair without crying!
Anyway thanks for being my inspiration to get back in to the saddle!
