http://www.hannanspecialties.com/ . They have great shelters for bikes. It's what we have at work. 6 bikes in each locker and high quality locking system. Once your bike is locked, no one knows what is in the lockers. Facilities uses a couple for deicers in the winter. Can you imagine someone breaking into a locker and finding as a reward a 25 lb bad of deicer?
