Awoke at 7am, did most of the dishes left over from Christmas eve and went on the bike for two hours, starting at 9am.

32 miles in mild 40F weather with sunny skies. A 20 mph headwind made for hard work and slow going but the return ride was fun & fast.

Gotta burn those calories!
