I got out around lunchtime for a quick trip around my default loop on the Litespeed. Lots of runners and dog walkers, few cyclists. Of course is was very windy. Sustained winds in the 20s with gusts to the 30s. And it calmed right down as soon as I got home. An hour later it was calm as could be.
Drivers were behaving oddly. One paced me 50 yards back for over a half-mile--on a an empty four-lane. Another slowed down and waited in the left lane so I could go around a bus parked in the right lane at its lay-over stop. Very weird.
