I've had a couple nice rices in the sunny 30's. If you dress right, it's downright comfortable riding this time of year.
I don't yet have cycling gloves with fingers, so I've worn clear latex gloves, that my wife uses for some of her crafts & hobbies, under my regular fingerless cycling gloves. Looks stupid, but works good, no cold fingers.
