Self-contained bicycle touring in British Columbia

Within the north west of North America, I have cycled up Vancouver Island to Port Hardy, the Queen Charlottes (Haidi Gwaii), Prince Rupert to Prince George and south to Vancouver, Vancouver to Pemberton-Lillooet-Cache Creek-Vancouver,from Fairbanks, Alaska to Dawson Creek-Prince George, Whitehorse to Dawson City, and Spences Bridge to Merrit and back.
I am interested in cycling some of the less traveled roads in British Columbia and am looking for information and input from other cyclists that may have ridden them.
This early summer I am planning on riding up the west side of Harrison lake, east side of Lillooet Lake, onto the Duffy Lake road into Lillooet, then up the west side of the Fraser River to Gang Ranch, through the ranch to the Chilcotin River, crossing at Farwell Canyon, and then east to Williams Lake before heading south to 100 Mile, east to Little Fort, south to Louis Creek, east to Chase, and then south through Vernon to Kelowna, before heading home via the Hope-Princeton route.
An alternate would be taking the more western Gang Ranch road to Big Creek road and then to Big Creek, north past Fletcher's Lake to Lee's Corner on the Bella Coola hwy., and then west to Bella Coola.
I have driven these roads with vehicles many times years ago, but don't know their condition now, so would like input from people that have cycled any, or parts of them, thanks.
