My plan for this year...
1. Commute to work on my bike at least 80% of the time
2. Ride a total of 4000 miles this year (rode 1500+ last year weekends only)
3. Drop my body weight from the 267.4 is was this morning to 210lbs.
That should be plenty for a 57 year old man....
