There is. I'd check Sutherlands.

English: Probably all over the map.

French: Normandy's and Maillards and such were like 9.5mm X 26

Italian: Campy used 10 X 26

Japan: Mostly 10 X 1

There's alot of odd threading out there.

Aside from Sutherlands you could always copy/paste the info from Sheldon Brown into your site.
