Carrying a conversation at 170bpm.

I was jogging today and realized, I could hold a conversation with full sentences and my HRM had me at around 170bpm. I'm 24 so my max should be around 200.
I thought once you got to over 80% max, you're not supposed to be able to hold a conversation?
