That looks like a clone of the old PT "Aurora" which was a good headlamp and available in a bike version as well. I'm not even sure if that model is still available. Maybe on #bay. I had an old aurora once. I don't remember it coming anywhere near the output of the older version of the EOS, which was about 35 to 40 lms as I recall. But the Aurora was a floody light, and the EOS was a tight spot beam. That could account for the difference. If there are any PT Auroras (bike or non-bike versions) still available on #bay, they probably could be had at bargain basement prices.
