The women's race was the more interesting one. Even though Vos ran away with it, the race for second was pretty good and you really have to admire the job KFC did. Even though she screwed up the start, and crashed in the first turn, she fought her way all the way to medal position, and ended up 5th. If she didn't have the pedal/foot malfunction, she probably would have been a good match to Vos.

The men's race was run away with by the Belgians. Nothing against them because they were obviously dominant, but as a race it was just too....monochrome. There was some pretty interesting blocking going on though. That course looked really tough with all the sand. You could really see how they were struggling through it.
