Agreed.

If I'm going to ride a heavy bike, it better have at least a Sturmey Archer 3 speed hub. I think the Flying Pegeon may have been high geared because it just does not sell in the U.S. People have tried importing them to New York City and it didn't work. While the quality is better than Walmart, it's not much better. For the price you pay for one, there are much better hybrids at your LBS.
