The thing is, there is a huge difference between shop wear and actual wear. I don't mind the scuffs from shop wear. It doesn't matter, anyway. I'll keep the saddle because it's too much trouble to mess with getting a refund, and I'll wait until I have a bad day and give the seller negative feedback.
