Yes--polished 36H; those are 27". Front hub is XL-FDD (dynamo with 90mm drum brake). Rear is X-RD5, 5 speed with 70 mm drum.
Warning: even with the modern hubs with aluminum shells, these things are heavy as hell. But they appeal to my fantasies of bullet-proof but tweedy elegance during the zombie apocalypse.
