Wooo Hooo! Show us pictures. I built my first pair this summer and they're awesome...Shimano 600 hubs and Ambrosio rims. I too, had a few rounded nipples, but they're staying true. I'll cross that bridge when I come to it, though I don't see an risk to just replacing the nipples one at a time like fixing a broken spoke.
