So she's not the only one who won't let it go.

Honestly.... if neither of you can let it slowly recede into dim memory, then your marriage isn't going to stand the test of time. How will you ever have trust in each other to weather serious problems? Without a change of heart, I can't see the relationship surviving a relatively minor problem like a two-month cashflow problem caused by lack of communication and both of you spending the same money from a shared account, much less something truly serious.

I highly recommend marital counseling. There are problems that have nothing to do with trees and bicycles.
