He only drinks water that has been filtered twice, he even filters bottled water.
The thing is, he is a good neighbor, always there when you need a hand, keeps
an eye on things, Always a nice word for everyone. Takes good care of the front
yard, not so much in the back, lots of junk but fenced so we don't have to see it.
