Bikepedia is not always 100% accurate. Parts can vary, some parts may have been swapped out when the bike was new, etc. Usually I've found the major items like MSRP, frame/fork construction, seatpost size, and some others to be accurate. The littler the detail the less chance of accuracy. Based on your description you almost certainly have the bike in the link.

If you plan to sell this bike on craigslist or ebay you will definitely need large high quality pictures to get the best response. Your description was very good but pictures only take a second to glance at. Host them on a site like photobucket or flickr, the tiny CL pictures are almost worthless.

MSRP is listed at $1300, Ultegra STI, I'd say you should be able to get $400-500 for it if in good condition.
