Shimano something BB, just got a used (year or so old) Record BB today
Generic seatpost, have the 27.2 Athena aero I'm trying to trade for a Campy 27.0
New SRAM chain, housing and cables, Fizik bar tape, Shimano brake pads
So it's not quite where I want it be but its getting there and still rides really great
