Tugrul, skip the roller bearing version. The sealed bearing headset is awesome. I'm a believer in sealed bearing headsets now. They're so easy to setup and are shockingly smooth. The difference is almost night and day.

I needed to use a spacer on my dad's Trek 620. I never had the original headset, but I assume it must've had a taller stack height than the VO unit.
