We have lots of Red-tailed Hawks here in Ontario, but I've never been able to get close enough for a shot like that.

Here's a Red-shouldered Hawk that was by the boardwalk at the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary in Florida a few weeks ago (sorry, didn't take my bike down there!). It posed for a while before pouncing on a frog or something similar and eating it right in front of us. For some reason birds are more approachable in Florida than they are here.
