For sale is a 56 x 58 (CTC x CTT) 80s Vitus 979 frame and fork with a Shimano 600 headset.
Main tubes are red. No Vitus decals (it does have the Duralinox sticker on the ST). I purchased the frame from IBC in the mid 90s, it looks to have been built up sometime in the past, but was likely never ridden. There is one small scratch (smaller than the diameter of a dime) on one tube, otherwise visually it is in excellent shape.
The frame does still have the fixed cup in it.
