Ima: I know I will get to that point but I didnt/dont think I am there yet. I am 309 pounds and lost, to date 25 pounds so I am *hoping* I still have some time of good losses until my body slows down. I talked with one of the meeting leaders today and she said perhaps I am starving my body. I have 66 points and sometimes have points left at the end of the day. I almost (99%) never touch my weeklies and NEVER touch my activity points but she said with all the riding I did/do perhaps I am starving my body so I am going to start paying more attention to that and perhaps focus on some grains in the evening time or during lunch time. I eat a lot of veggies and lean protein so perhaps I will work in some more grains.
Everyone says that after a while your body gets used to the activity you do but with riding, there are so many intensities. I know I need to sneak in some gym work and perhaps some weight lifting but I really LOVE riding.
