This one appears to be from the very late 1970s, so I don't think the 100 and 200 designations apply. The rear derailleur is the entry level Simplex S001 and the front a better SXA22. Given the entry level levers, the front derailleur is probably an upgrade from one of the piston style, entry level derailleurs but I can't say for sure. The brakes are ubiquitous MAFAC. The crankset and the wheels, which appear to be 700c aluminum rims, are the highlights. The components in conjunction with the era suggests the frame is probably hi-tensile steel and the bicycle is roughly equivalent to a Peugeot PA10 or PAN10.
