My Dad, whoīs 72 this year, wants to get back into riding, and requested something with īskinny tyres, normal bars that goes fastī.
So this is what I built him. Itīs a no-name aluminium race frame, flat bars and ergo grips, 3x8 gearing, Cosmos wheelset, 1" threadless carbon fork.
Not much matches as itīs a parts bin special, but it all works OK. He wonīt mind if itīs not Di2.
Itīs a hoot to ride and heīs looking forward to picking it up in the spring.
