Oh that's a bummer! When I got my new frame, the shop couldn't find the right head tube bearing. I only needed the lower bearing ($15) but they disagreed. They ordered a new set ($69), received it then it was the wrong one.
Turns out , I only needed the lower bearing. They finally got it from Trek after another few days.......($15)
But for nearly 2 weeks, the frame sat there mocking me!
