They do appear to be stainless as I can't see a spec of corrosion but I'm not 100% sure the best way to check. The rims are Rigida and I can't find any branding on the hubs. No quick release levers for this one which is actually a + as it will be used as a commuter and be locked outdoors (good weather only I hope!). The only other thing to note is that the freewheel is actually a 6 speed Shimano 600. I'm going to guess that either the freewheel or the wheel set as a whole is not original.
