I suck!!! 42miles
I did get my commuter re-geared. Complete new drivetrain. I went with more of a mt. bike setup. I swapped from an 8 speed to 9. 11-34 cassette. 26-38-48 chainring. Now I can spin more while climping. Hopefully, it will inspire me enough to get off my butt more through March.
I did have 10k miles on the commuter for the plus side.
