Well, it's obvious that this coworker is simply making up her 'Max speed' and writing it down as a way to parody you. I suspect that she, and a group of employees are simply having a little joke at your expense.
Of course, if you posted your average speed for the commute or your total ride time, you'd have something really worth discussing rather than your peak speed down one hill.
