So my last physical results on Thursday kind of hit me with a dose of reality. Doctor said I tested positive for diabetes (type 2). I'm not worried though. I'm going to beat this and get it completly under control. We caught this early (last year I was fine) and I think that will help.
I figure I'll play the "sugar" card anytime I'm asked to mow the lawn or something else boring. "Sorry honey can't mow the lawn, gotta ride, Doc said exercise..."
Anyone have any success stories in beating this?
