So my lack of RPM'age wont be too much of a hindrance? I suppose I could do leg speed and spinning drills to squeeze out a few more rpms, but at this point I dont think I'll be able to get above 175 or so. Maybe I'll just do mad squats and dead lifts to achieve standing start awesomeness like homeboy in the vid above...
