I feel for you. FTP tests suck, as does riding on the trainer, but you gotta do what you gotta do. I'll be on the trainer doing my 2x20's tomorrow. And to think people complain about riding on the SART being boring.

Not sure about the dog tags, but you're no kidding on the sandbagging. Probably more like 3 months. I have ridden 3 days this week.. 2 of them back to back! Starting to feel pretty good again. Next winter, if you want to call it a winter, I will not let this happen to myself.
