Perfect. I was going ot mention the headbadge but figured it was a moot point now. If the correct one will cover the current one exactly, then go for it.
For the panto, easily done with some model paint (Testors) or One Shot sign enamel...overfill the panto slightly, let it set-up a few minutes, and wipe the surface excess off with a cloth dampened with mineral spirits.

I even found the right Presto headtube decal but off course right after I had it painted so I will install this as well.(this is ok and the right size but not in the normal Amsterdam Presto colours)
