Thanks for the input. I bought the Electra. I'd decided that to get a Pashley, I had to go almost all the way to San Francisco (3hrs) and not many dealers around for service/parts. I liked the riding position on the Electra (mostly upright) and that it was very easy to ride, I really liked the drumbrakes which had much better stopping power than caliper brakes, and dyno hub for lighting. I initially thought that I wouldn't like the Foot Forward geometry, but it was very comfortable without feeling like I was loosing too much in power.

I also test rode the Electra Ticino, as I was curious about the mixte framed bike. It rode great, very nimble but comfortable. Will definitely be interested in this one after I get to Colorado.
