Shimano Deore LX Brakes, and Shift Levers, Deore XT rear DR, Alivio Front, S2K Saddle, Shimano Nexave Crank, Formula Hubs, Front and Rear, Ritchy SpeedMax Cross Tires, Lizard Skin Grips. Might be missing the Mavic wheels, and a little better Fork. But really like the Ritchey SpeedMax Tires and the awesome brakes, the overall bike feels much tighter.. and fits better! LOL
