Helmet light mount, with tilt, for 2.2 cm / .9 in light?

I’ve searched all over for a flashlight helmet mount that let’s me tilt the light up or down. Also want to remove the light easily and leave the mount on my helmet – some sort of fast or quick-release. The Lockblock type looks good, but no tilt.

My light setup will probably a flashlight or two on the bars with some way to leave the mount on the bike always and only remove the lights. These won’t require a tilt and there are plenty to choose from, so that’s not a problem.

I can mod a couple units together, but prefer not to build one.
