Yup. Also sold as a Raleigh Folder, Shopper, and I think other model names. The most common name was Twenty, though. I'm not sure of the exact years of production, but would guess 1968-1983. You can find copies of Raleigh sales brochures and catalogs online at Retroraleighs.com or some such site which will help you narrow it down. Serial numbers can be checked at The Headbadge, though I'm not sure how much data he has on the Twenties.
