It's fun coming down a grade at a fast rate of speed, but you have to be safe while doing it. Regardless, the least charge that he should get is failure to keep a vehicle under control. Charges of vehicular homicide will require some other determining factors. In either case, there is definitely enough civil liability for the family to take him to court.
