So in addition to tracking weight loss goals, I've begun tracking Blood Pressure and Resting Heart Rate. I used to track these religiously, but now that the weight is dropping off (thanks WW and my friends at the forum here) I think it's wise to log my BP/RHR figures. Today (04/18/12) BP is 126 over 77 and RHR is 48. I use an Omron home BP machine - I take BP five times and average the figures. The unit also displays heart rate, and I do the same average. Since it's mid-morning, my actual RHR (when I wake up in the morning) is probably actually lower, but a 48 mid-morning is excellent, thanks to Bicycling and Walking for exercise!
I gotta work on the 126, but the figure is not too bad for a 59-year old fat guy lol
